Signing of preliminary agreements and notarized purchase contracts is planned from the end of September 2026.

FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLAN

The buyer is not required to pay the full purchase price immediately. Payments are made in stages according to the progress of construction:

 • 10% – upon signing the preliminary agreement
 • 20% – at the start of construction
 • 10% – upon completion of the structural works
 • 15% – upon installation of windows and doors
 • 10% – upon completion of the roof structure
 • 15% – upon completion of the façade
 • 10% – upon completion of finishing works
 • 10% – upon signing the final purchase agreement

For buyers who pay 40% of the total apartment price when signing the preliminary agreement, there is a possibility to negotiate an additional discount.
