RESERVATION AND CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE

Construction of the second phase is scheduled to begin in Autumn 2026, with completion and move-in planned for Summer 2028.

At this stage, buyers can secure their preferred apartment with a reservation payment of only €1,000.

Signing of preliminary/notarised purchase agreements is planned from the end of September 2026.

FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLAN

The full purchase price does not have to be paid upfront. Payments are made progressively according to the construction stages:

10% – Preliminary agreement
20% – Start of construction
10% – Completion of structural works
15% – Installation of windows and exterior doors
10% – Completion of roof construction
15% – Completion of the façade
10% – Completion of finishing works
10% – Final purchase agreement

For buyers who pay 40% of the total purchase price upon signing the preliminary agreement, there is an opportunity to negotiate an additional discount.
