At present, the selected apartment can be secured with a reservation payment of only €1,000.

Signing of preliminary agreements and notarized purchase agreements is planned from the end of September 2026.

FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLAN

The buyer is not required to pay the full purchase price immediately. Payments are made in stages according to the progress of construction:

 • 10% – upon signing the preliminary agreement
 • 20% – start of construction
 • 10% – completion of structural works
 • 15% – installation of windows and doors
 • 10% – completion of the roof structure
 • 15% – completion of the façade
 • 10% – completion of finishing works
 • 10% – upon signing the final purchase agreement

For buyers who pay 40% of the total apartment price upon signing the preliminary agreement, there is an option to negotiate an additional discount.
